In the area of internal auditing, the need for a new digital platform for audit management was very high. Dr. Robert Wagner, Head of Group Auditing at TÜV NORD, describes the situation at the time: "There was already a SharePoint solution that mapped individual aspects, such as document management. However, this was not integrated into an overall context. There were extensive manual activities that were very time-consuming and error-prone. The processes were document-heavy and lacked connecting information. There was no overarching view of the entire auditing processes and information, which meant that valuable expertise was being lost. We wanted to change this in order to work more efficiently."
More efficiency for internal auditing work
TÜV NORD was looking for a new integrative solution that would manage all internal audit activities uniformly and efficiently in the future.
